The below is an official message that has been sent through from the band’s quarters about today’s ticket presale:

Dear Prodigy Fans,
As some of you may already know, due to massive demand, theprodigy.com and the ticketsellers suffered a nightmare of a server crash today when we attempted to provide you with links to buy tickets to two club shows. We are monumentally sorry this happened and hope that it hasn’t stopped anyone who wanted to buy tickets from buying them. We are taking steps to fix this for future promotions, but for now, we hope to see everyone at the shows who wanted to go. Both websites are now back online, but may be running slowly. If you are still having trouble with the link for Birmingham, alternatively call this number for tickets over the phone: 0844 870 0000.
