This is the page you all were waiting for! As you might know I used to work at a bar and I also made a Diploma as a Bartender. So now I like to share the recipes for some of my favourite drinks.

[LONG ISLAND ICE TEA]

[HEDROCK VALLEY BEATS COCKTAIL] new

CAIPIROSHKA

WHAT YOU NEED:	WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
Vodka, 4 cl or more (up to 12cl possible) Brown Sugar (2barspoon) 1 1/2 limes Crushed Ice	Cut the lime(s) in to small pieces, put it in an empty glass and add the sugar. Then you need a special stick and press it all together very well. Now you add the crushed ice and poor the vodka over it. Now take a shaker and shake it all. You can also stir it, but its better shaken!!

SEX ON THE BEACH

WHAT YOU NEED:	WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
Vodka, 4 -6cl White Peach, 4 -6cl Cranberry juice, 4 cl Orange Juice, 6 cl Ice	Put it all in a shaker, fill it up with ice, shake !!! Then poor it in a glass and enjoy!! (decorate with Oranges and Cherries)

PINA COLADA

WHAT YOU NEED:	WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
4 cl Rum or more (brown or white or both) 2dl Pineapple Juice 2 barspoons Coconut cream some cream if you like some fresh pineapple if you like Special tip: use coconut milk instead of coconut cream!!	Put all, except the fresh Pineappple, into a mixer, add some ice and start it very slow. Then go faster for about a minute and slow down again. Check if the the ice is 'gone' and poor it in a Cocktail glass. Decorate with the fresh Pineapple. You may have to find out the right amount of coconut cream, cause each is different. if you mix it too long, it always gets too thick, so be careful!

WHAT YOU NEED:

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:

2cl Kahlua
2cl Baileys
2cl Cointreau or high voltage rum (if in your country available: Captain Morgan!)

You need one of those small glasses for spirits (6cl) (= a shooter glass) and a spoon. It wont work the first time you do this drink....

First poor 2 cl Kahlua into the Glass. Now you take the spoon and hold it upside down over the glass. Now you poor the Baileys over the top of the spoon into the glass and it should NOT MIX with the Kahlua!! Stop at the 4 cl mark, wash the spoon and do the same with the Cointreau , it also shouldnt mix!

Now you have a drink with 3 'layers' and the cointreau s on top. Take a lighter and light the Cointreau. It will have a blue flame on top of the drink now!!

Take a straw and drink it from the bottom in one go!!

'BLITZ' (AROSA SPECIAL)

WHAT YOU NEED:	WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
2cl Lemon Juice 2cl Red Vodka	Take a shooter Glass and fill in 2 cl of Red Vodka, add 2 cl of Lemon juice and drink it in one sip! Its the perfect drink to have if you play a game and the 'looser' has to pay something for everybody. Or as drink for busy barkeepers.. ;)

HARVEY WALLBANGER

WHAT YOU NEED:	WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
4cl Vodka 2dl Orange juice 2cl Galliano (Vanilla liquor)	Fill the orange juice and the vodka into a glass, stir it and add some ice. Then poor the Galliano over the top.

TEQUILA SUNRISE

WHAT YOU NEED:

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:

4cl Tequila (white) or more
1dl Orange Juice
2cl Lemon juice
2cl Grenadine syrup
optional: fresh orange

Put the Tequila, the orange juice and the Lemon juice into a shaker, add some ice and shake well.

Then poor it into a Cocktail glass with the ice. Now poor the Grenadine over the top and DON'T stir anymore.

Decorate with Orange slice.

LONG ISLAND ICE TEA

WHAT YOU NEED:	WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
2cl White Tequila 2cl white rum 2cl Vodka 2cl Gin 1cl Grand Marnier some Coca Cola	Fill a Cocktail glass half with ice. Add the alcoholic ingredients and fill up with the coke. (Tip: This drink is very good to make someone drunk!! Just take more of the alcoholic ingredients and reduce the Coke to a minimum!) ;)

HEDROCK VALLEY BEATS COCKTAIL new

WHAT YOU NEED:	WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
1 double Vodka 1 double Peach Schnapps 1 bottle of Metz or Smirnoff Ice 1 Pint glass	This is a special drink by dance band Hedrock Valley Beats. Just poor all ingredients into the pint glass and drink! The drink tastes very good and you will drink it fast ... but be careful! It can get you drunk very quickly! ;)
